Refund policy
Our store is a proxy purchasing service that purchases authentic Japanese brand products and ships them to Korea.
Once your order is received, the purchase order process starts immediately. After the purchase order has been completed, cancellation and option changes are often difficult. If the purchase order has already been placed, the request will be handled as a return.
Please check your selected options carefully before placing your order.
If you request a change or cancellation after the purchase order has been placed, Japanese domestic shipping fees and proxy purchasing service fees may be charged.
- Return fees
If the product is in Japan: Japanese domestic shipping fee and service fee (12,000 KRW).
If the product is in Korea: EMS international shipping fee paid by the customer, Japanese domestic shipping fee, and service fee (12,000 KRW).
Returns are accepted only when the item is in the same condition as when received, has not been used or worn, and the tags and original packaging are intact.
To request a return, please contact MeliaMarket on KakaoTalk within 3 days.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange after the purchase order has been placed, international shipping fees, Japanese domestic shipping fees, and proxy purchasing service fees may be charged depending on the situation.
- Exchange fees
If the product is in Japan: Japanese domestic shipping fee, service fee (10,000 KRW), and reshipment international shipping fee.
If the product is in Korea: EMS international shipping fee paid by the customer, Japanese domestic shipping fee, service fee (10,000 KRW), and reshipment international shipping fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
